11. You agree to inform EntranceSupport in case you are selected for the best rank or position and EntranceSupport hold the right you use your name and photo for the promotion of its service.

13.  You are restricted from copying, recording or in any form. Violations are subject to penal action. All of EntranceSupport are protected by copyright laws
14. For serious violation EntranceSupport may also file suit against you for business interference or other appropriate legal theories and we will seek compensation from you for potential damage to reputation and finances caused by your actions.
15. Information regarding EntranceSupport and its services is applicable only in India. Those who do access these services from other countries are solely responsible for compliance with local laws of that country.
16. EntranceSupport may disable your user ID and password in its sole discretion without notice or explanation if it is found being misused in any way.
17. EntranceSupport will terminate your user ID and password for breaching the Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to the refund of fees paid by you.
18. We store the data relating to tests appeared by you and the performance thereon for a limited period till your registration is valid.
19. The test performance will be strictly displayed to you only. Your result, score, analysis or any such thing will not be posted for all by EntranceSupport on your behalf.
20. As a commitment to the users, we currently provide you with access to a rich collection of online resources. These include video lessons and animations, virtual texts et al.
21. EntranceSupport makes no warranty that the service will meet your all requirements and will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free and accurate.
22. All deliverables will be dispatched only after your payment has been cleared by the appropriate financial institution, e.g., cheque, DDs, Online Payment, Bank Transfers.
23. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further detail information. We accept no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.
24. Response to all queries related to tests and all replies sent will be subject to the time available to our panel of experts.
25. EntranceSupport has tied up with Payumoney & ICICI Bank to enable Online payments. All your credit or debit card details are secure, and payments will be processed directly.
26. In case of any problems or disputes related to online payments, we will settle the same. To raise any such ticket, you have to send an email from the registered email address used at the time of making the online payment.
27. In case of successful payment, EntranceSupport website will provide the candidate with a valid User ID and Password. We will commence service only after due realization of payment.
28. Duration of service is the academic year specified at the time of registering the course. For and thereafter, EntranceSupport and its service will not be available to you.
29. These terms and Conditions will be governed by the Indian law, and any disputes relating to these shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law at Kolkata India.
